Holiday Entertainment

Need a break from the hustle and bustle of preparing for the holidays?

We’ve got you covered.

Stop in any Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evening to unwind with a drink and some live music!

Here’s what we have coming up:

Thursday, December 12: Enjoy the dynamic guitar playing and engaging storytelling of multi-instrumentalist Adam Labeaux. Improvisational folk rock and soul from Ann Arbor.

Friday, December 13: Barbara Jean’s Christmas Extravaganza. Behold the zany antics of Lee Galbraith, J.Paul Zimmer, Esq., and Barbara Jean herself. Barbara has been hailed as “Carol Burnett playing a keyboard”. (Also, she captured the fantastic photo of Santa you see here.)

Saturday, December 14: Like bluegrass, ballads, and gospel? Stop in and check out Blue Ridge. There will be banjo, mandolin, guitar, bass, and vocal harmonies provided by the four talented members of the group.

Thursday, December 19: The guitar and harmonica stylings of Dan Heath. “Can’t sing, can’t dance, can’t read, can’t remember anything…this ain’t your mama’s coffee shop music.”

Friday, December 20: The return of a Raven’s nest frequent flyer, Julianne Ankley! Come and kick back with the soulful country style of this award winning solo musician.

Saturday, December 21: A local musician with 40 years of guitar playing under his belt, Brian Dimick is another Raven regular. He includes blues, rock, folk, and country covers in with some original pieces.

Thursday, December 26: Saginaw based family band Mayfly will be here to fill your ear holes with alternative, jazz, folk, and pop tunes.

Friday, December 27: Robyn Marriott has been described as “Heart meets Sheryl Crow” with a blend of country, rock, and 80’s style.

Saturday, December 28: Still Running, a hometown duo that “blends roots, rock, country and folk into an eclectic style sounding both unusual and familiar.”

Music is from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. for each event.

Hope to see you soon!

Keep warm, and Happy Holidays to you!
